Her Story

From Restlessness
to Refinement

Polina discovered yoga not as a fitness pursuit, but as a response to burnout. After years working in the fast-paced world of fashion , she found herself exhausted, disconnected, and searching for something more grounded.

Under the guidance of traditional Hatha and Yin masters, she began to understand yoga not as movement, but as a language — one spoken between the body, the breath, and the mind.

She spent the following years deepening her practice across, earning certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga, as well as advanced breathwork facilitation. 

Today, Polina brings that depth to every session she teaches. Her approach is unhurried, precise, and deeply personal. She believes that the most powerful transformations happen not in effort, but in the space between movements — in stillness.

Polina's teaching is rooted in three principles: awareness, alignment, and acceptance.

She does not teach yoga as exercise. She teaches it as a practice of coming home to yourself — of learning to listen to your body, regulate your nervous system, and move through life with greater ease and intention.

Every session is a carefully crafted experience. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. The pace is deliberate, the environment is calm, and the attention is complete.
