Shared Practice
Intimate sessions of up to 6 students in a calm, structured environment. Perfect for those beginning their practice or seeking community.
One-on-One
Fully personalised sessions designed around your body, goals, and pace. The most transformative way to practice — complete attention, zero compromise.
Ongoing Practice
Unlimited access to all group classes plus one private session per month. The most complete way to build a consistent, meaningful practice.
Weekly Schedule
All group classes run for 60 minutes. Private sessions are 75 minutes and scheduled by appointment.

Not at all. All levels are welcome. Polina tailors every session to the individuals present, ensuring everyone feels supported and challenged appropriately.
Sessions are available both in-studio (location shared upon booking) and online via a private video link. Both formats offer the same quality of attention.
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Late cancellations are subject to a 50% fee.
Comfortable clothing and an open mind. All props, mats, and materials are provided in-studio. For online sessions, a yoga mat and quiet space are recommended.
